Where Excellence in Care is our Bottom Line.

The painful effects of a stroke can be devastating to an entire family. This illness can affect anyone at anytime or age. Recovery from a stroke is a life long process which can restore independence, by improving physical, mental and emotional functioning.
The goal in rehabilitation is to improve function so that the stroke survivor can become as independent as possible. This must be accomplished in a way that preserves dignity and motivates the survivor to relearn basic skills that the stroke may have taken away – skills like eating, dressing and walking.
Our clinical team works in partnership with the National Stoke Association to provide the LEAP Program which enables our staff to be involved with your family on a continual basis and provide support and encouragement through our support group center and Follow-up Care program.
